This class is for those who know the basics of Higher Alignment or other growth methodologies and want to deepen their integration of it, manifest it, and be more authentic in their life. In this class I’ll support you to (1) connect with spirit to know what is authentic for you, (2) listen to your heart’s desire about what you are ready to shift now, (3) focus your mind on how you’ll shift, and (4) move your body regularly in small shifting steps. Learn which of 12 motives underlie your behaviors and how you do and don't synch up with others: Greed, Lust, Arrogance, Personal Dominion, Self-Serving Activity, Personal Achievement, Idealized Trust, Idealized Co-Creativity, Idealized Unity, Universal Dominion, Conscious Participation, and Mutual Accomplishment.

Join this new series on Thursdays that is all about how to Thrive. We thrive when we’re in our Essence – when we’re experiencing ease, joy, fulfillment, and success. In our Essence we are energized because we are engaging authentically – this feeds us, allowing us to make greater contributions. Tonight we’ll begin by imagining you are celebrating on December 31, 2012, and see what this good year has been for you. From there, you’ll begin to map out your path along this journey by creating what I call your Game for 2012. Come play!
